As a condition of using this website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and your acknowledgement that you are bound by these Terms.

Care has been taken in making this website; however, no responsibility can be taken for errors and/or omissions. Prices and details are subject to change without prior notice. Prices listed are in New Zealand dollar and include GST.

Definitions

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: “The Company” means Flavaboom. “Customer” means the customer of the company. “Contract” means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer.

Payment

Payments will be pre-authorized at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. We would much prefer to not charge your card until your order is ready to be shipped, and that is the best practice and what we as a company strive for.

Stock

Items ordered that are in stock should be dispatched within 72 hours of the order being placed. Flavaboom stock in our store and sometimes your order maybe placed in a queue to be roasted as we always try to give freshly made nuts we will try and inform you if this is the case and when you can expect delivery.

Claims

Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in delivery must be made in writing to Flavaboom within 3 working days of delivery. Flavaboom shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made here-under, and the Customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by Flavaboom, promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged to Flavaboom examination.

Liability

If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, Flavaboom shall at its option, replace them with similar goods.

Refund & Cancellation

At Flavaboom if the customer changes his/her mind once the order has been made, customer should contact is within 12 hours.
NOTE: FLAVABOOM NO REFUND WILL BE MADE ONCE THE PAYMENT IS DONE.
